Clyde has been a game-changer for our Shopify store! The platform is easy to integrate, and the team made the setup process seamless. Offering extended warranties to our customers has not only boosted our revenue but also increased customer confidence in their purchases.

We started with the program when it was just Clyde and in the first year the service was great, however we did not have a ton of warranty purchases as our website was not set up on shopify yet. While customer service seems pretty thin at times ever since the aquisition we have switched to shopify we have seen a significant lift on warranty purchases and so far our customers seem happy. I would like a direct AM to help us figure out how we can make the tool even better for our customers.

We've been working with Clyde for quite some time, and our experience has been positive overall. Their customer service is good, and their product is a valuable addition to ours. While we've faced some frustration due to certain requirements that they are currently unable to fulfill, we remain optimistic and look forward to continuing our partnership

Clyde was purchased by Cover Genius, and ever since their customer service, functionality, and even primary business contact number have all simply stopped working. It's like it's entirely abandoned but they haven't changed anything. I've been emailing for weeks just to get contracts updating and I can't find a single person who works at the company who has been able to help me. I will update the review if anyone ever gets back to me.

I don't know what changed but seemingly since Clyde was acquired by another company, their customer service, functionality, and even primary business contact number have all simply stopped working. Clyde is super easy and setup was fast/simple! It enables us to offer our customers even more product coverage (without doing any leg work on our end!). Our customers love the platform too. Highly recommend!

We love the Clyde Warranty Platform. The product and interface is great, but what really has helped us out and saved us a lot of time and effort is the customer service that clyde provides. Any issues or questions that might arise are taken care of quickly and they go the extra mile to help make sure everything is running smoothly. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou!

We've been using Clyde for almost 2 years - started post purchase only, then added to site on our PDPs and in cart - really evolving the customer experience. The support team is excellent and really helped us track & evolve our pricing and offerings - super quick to respond too. A+
