One of the best COD confirmation apps out there to handle COD orders. The support is superb and fast. Hriday is always on top to resolve every issue on priority and the pricing is very reasonable. Using this app for OTP verification for COD orders and order updates via whatsapp. Its quite seamless and easy to set up and has helped us with reduction in RTO.

This app has partially solved a huge gap of COD return orders across India. I think feature like cart recovery via whatsapp worked best for us. We are still in the process of using this app on quantum of orders but overall the app is worth the cost. Justifies every bit of it.
