App doesn't even load and so can't install in my shop. No option available to contact support.

Their customer support is worse than pathetic. I've been waiting for a response for 4 days, despite multiple follow-ups. Absolutely disappointing service!
I had high hopes for Codfirm based on my initial experience, but unfortunately, my recent interactions have been disappointing. The app, while initially promising, has not kept pace with the evolving challenges faced by Indian Shopify sellers, particularly concerning RTO and COD issues. Despite reaching out with specific requests, the response has been slow and unhelpful. It feels like there’s a lack of commitment to customer needs, and I’m left questioning the value of our partnership moving forward.
Doesn't give much of use. Verification doesnt help much with reducing RTO. It's just another gimmick & just another waste of time. Also there are chances that your customer's phone numbers are exposed to a third party.

Though reviews are extremely important to us and we do everything to ensure your experience is a positive one on CODfirm, we cannot break ethical business boundaries to help any business unfairly just to prevent a negative review.
About verifications not helping much with reducing RTOs, every leading e-commerce business verifies its COD orders with an OTP to increase successful deliveries. Verifying customers' contact number reconfirms their intent to make a purchase and delivery drivers can reach them to ensure successful deliveries. Having said that, we completely agree that verification does not bring the RTOs down to zero. We are hence working on building advanced machine learning algorithms to help brands reduce their COD RTOs further. Our COD to Prepaid conversion feature (that you had early access to) is also helping brands eradicate the issue of RTOs from its root by converting them into prepaid.
Rest assured sir, we are in it to help businesses like yours reduce their COD RTOs to bare minimum. We aren't building just another app on Shopify. We are in it to solve the biggest problem of the D2C industry.
