I had high hopes for Codfirm based on my initial experience, but unfortunately, my recent interactions have been disappointing. Despite reaching out with specific requests, the response has been slow and unhelpful. It feels like there’s a lack of commitment to customer needs, and I’m left questioning the value of our partnership moving forward.
