Cashfree CODFIRM

We've been using this app for quite some time and it has significantly improved our COD order management. The OTP verification and confirmation process helps ensure genuine orders, which has reduced fake orders, cancellations, and RTO issues. The ability to convert COD orders to prepaid is a great feature and has worked smoothly for our store. Integration was easy and the system runs reliably without any major issues. Another highlight is the excellent support from the team — they are responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any queries. Overall, it has made our order confirmation process much more efficient and transparent. Highly recommended for stores dealing with COD orders.

Terrible support, app has not been working for 10 days and no response yet.

EDIT: Got in touch with a support person on the 10th day, but 3 days later and still no movement because they don't understand how shopify or collaborator access works. Downgraded from 2 stars to 1 star.

CODFirm is a great app. Customer service is great! They attend to you personally and help you get the app up and running on your Shopify store. It is an easy to install and easy to use app. It works seamlessly and has a very simple interface for us to work with. It does the OTP verification for all COD customers and flags those high-risk customers.

Work from our end has greatly reduced as we have to call and confirm a very few customers who would not have done the OTP verification or those high-risk customers as alerted by CODFIRM app.

All in all, it is a great app, and special thanks to Yashi from the team as she supported us before and after installing the app by being in touch with us continuously.

Very helpful app to overcome the problem of fake orders. By integrating OTP log in and confirmation of phone numbers for COD we are able to avoid fake orders and better optimise our ad spend and shipping costs.

CODfirm helped me to reduce RTO's through this I was able to verify OTP's for COD orders. Their OTP login feature helped my customers to login easily, I would highly recommend stores to try this as this would help them to increase conversions. Excellent Application, have made the transactional process simple and transparent for both us as the Seller & the Customer. Our rate of cancellation has gone down and we have been able to convert lot of orders from COD to Pre-paid without any glitch.

I had high hopes for Codfirm based on my initial experience, but unfortunately, my recent interactions have been disappointing. The app, while initially promising, has not kept pace with the evolving challenges faced by Indian Shopify sellers, particularly concerning RTO and COD issues. Despite reaching out with specific requests, the response has been slow and unhelpful. It feels like there’s a lack of commitment to customer needs, and I’m left questioning the value of our partnership moving forward.

Extremely hard to install. Reached out via email 5 times for the last 3 days. Team is not helpful at all.
