Update: Connex has finally hired a dedicated customer service team and is working on improving support, help docs, and the user interface. The support has helped us understand the tool better and how to make the most of it.
No other tool has worked for us because our current setup is way too complicated and Connex has been the best tool to make our transactions into Quickbooks for desktop.

I'm updating this review because it seems things have changed at Connex. They've got great customer service now, and they're following through on issues affecting business with good advice and timely fixes. I'm very happy with the response time from the support team.
If you need to save time getting orders into QuickBooks, or if you're creating orders in QuickBooks that need to be synced into shipping integrations, give Connex a try. You'll be happy you did!

After a sudden and huge amount of web sales, we simply couldn't add them to QB manually. Setting up isn't easy for a first timer and I made two mistakes. Connex stepped up along with Shopify and fixed both.

QuickBooks integration with our Amazon and Shopify stores is paramount and your solutions really work! Having the ability to automatically upload and sync the Amazon settlement report is a huge time saver, not to mention the daily syncs with Shopify. First, let's understand that syncing orders, inventory, and other sensitive info from Shopify to Quickbooks (or Quickbooks to Shopify) is extremely complex. I've worked with a number of integration and sync solutions before over the years. Connex is by far the most intuitive, flexible, and consistent. It functions more as an enterprise solution and these typically cost $$$ per month! The support team at Connex is unbelievable. Support ticket response is faster than any other app in the Shopify marketplace. Some apps respond in days or even weeks. These guys hit you back in a few hours (sometimes less than 1 hr). Plus, the expertise of the support team is outstanding. Most app support is level 1 at best. With Connex, your ticket will be responded to by a level 2 or higher every time. Can't say enough good things about this solution and the team. If you're trying to sync Shopify and QB, you'd be crazy not to use this app.
This app is worth every penny. It does exactly what we need, accurately and consistently import our sales from Shopify into QBs desktop. It works seamlessly and saves us countless man-hours. Joseph and his team of professionals are extremely responsive. The few times we have had problems or needed help setting up a rule, they were there to help. In the beginning they even did a little development to tailor the app to our needs. This app is robust. If you are considering this app, get it, you will not be disappointed!

The Connex for QuickBooks Desktop App has completely changed my workflow to the better. It is saving me hours as I no longer have to enter all of our invoice data. The setup was supported very well with on-boarding sessions. It did take me a little while to understand and get the details correct, but once there it is such a time saver. Support is via email and Connex team replies back in 12-24 hours maybe because I'm on the West coast and write them at the end of the day. If it can't be solved via email, they promptly setup an on-boarding session. I highly recommend Connex.

Seamlessly transfer your sales data to QuickBooks with this app. They have the best support that is always there to help should you encounter any issues.
Super good way to integrate Quickbooks Desktop with Shopify, Ebay, and Amazon.
This app allows me to keep my inventory and prices all synced with all of my stores. I use the free Ebay and Amazon apps to connect my Shopify store to those stores and the Connex app to connect to Quickbooks. I also ship everything from quickbooks shipping manager.
This app not only downloads all my orders it also updates any price changes, keeps inventory updated, and uploads all my tracking numbers.
I have searched all over the internet to find a program that did all of this at a price that is reasonable. This is truly the app that does that.
We did have a couple setup issues, but there tech support took care of it right away and is by far the best I have seen.
