To whom it concerns,
Your app is currently not working correctly, and we have already ruled out this being a cache-related issue. We have tested using incognito mode as well, and the problem is still occurring.
We are also trying to understand how we are still able to access the store despite having VPN blocking measures in place, while also actively using a VPN. This does not appear to be behaving as expected.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have raised this issue. Each time, we are advised that everything is working correctly on your side, but the issue seems to resolve only after it has been reviewed or investigated by your team. This makes it difficult for us to understand what is actually happening behind the scenes. This has occured several times, and we dread to think how long has this been broken for us, a month, a year?
Could you please provide a more in-depth explanation of the root cause, what checks have been carried out, and why this keeps recurring?
This is having a serious impact on our business. We are currently facing increasing pressure from competitors, and it is extremely frustrating to be paying for a service that is not consistently functioning as expected.
We would appreciate this being escalated and a detailed response provided, rather than confirmation that it is simply “working on your end.”

Thank you for your detailed feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this issue has caused.
After a thorough investigation, we identified the root cause as a server-side VPN validation issue. We've now permanently resolved it and thoroughly tested the fix across multiple VPN providers, browsers, incognito mode, and different regions to ensure consistent VPN blocking.
We've also strengthened our monitoring and validation processes to help prevent similar issues in the future. This issue was not related to your store, cache, or theme.

Who knew I would be selling products in 34 countries? I was getting overwhelmed by the different VAT requirements for digital products in each country. So I created an Etsy store for all the customers in the countries I could not sell to directly.
