They put a bunch of code on my theme that lead to a problem with my product page. I went through their uninstall procedure which makes you delete just a few lines of code but the problem persisted. I emailed them to address the issue. They then told me that all of their code was removed. With a closer look (and I am no coder) I noticed that my theme liquid and product page still had plenty of code.

After deleting MYSLEF "a code line” on the product page that had their code the problem was fixed but I had to send another email informing them with screenshots that they needed to remove the rest of the code.

Their uninstall instructions is incomplete and deceitful. I still dont know if everything they put it was removed since i’m not a coder.

Very useful app for our online store. It gives you something that Shopify doesn't. The support was very very good and fast. They helped me to get the app working properly. If you sell worldwide this app is for you.

Excellent App !
The support was very good, and they even helped me change move the app to a new theme.
The only downside is the price.

Amazing app. Allows us to fine tune pricing based on territories. The developer provides amazing support and helped set everything up for us, despite it being a weekend.

Great app, just what we needed! Amrish was very helpful and fast in his responses.
Update: We are now using the app a few months and still very satisfied, would give more than 5 stars if i could!

Amrish was very helpful to set up the app and always quick to answer my questions. This app works great other than very few instances where certain customers were charged the wrong pricing. It saves you from having multiple stores or getting custom dev work so I would recommend the app
