The app can help you to automate your fee management on your mobile POS. Easy to configure and use.
Purpose of the app: With this app, you can create fixed or percentage fees. Configure a list of the most used charges for your POS and apply them from your POS screen. Limitations: 1. The app works on POS devices only. 2. There is no way to apply fees automatically because of technical limitations. How to configure? Add at least one fee and complete the following steps: 1. Open Shopify POS. 2. Tap "Add tile" 3. Choose "App" 4. Select "Feesly" 5. Choose "Apply Fees" 6. Use that tile to add fees

When the application works, it works great. The only issue I have with the application itself is that it calculates the fee before tax, and my merchant charges us after tax.
There have been times when the system goes down. It can be frustrating, but usually it only takes contacting the help center and they are quick to investigate and fix the problem.
Hello! Thank you so much for your feedback! Unfortunately, sometimes Shopify POS may not work because of problems on the Shopify servers, and our app becomes unavailable too :(
As for the fee calculation, yes, it’s one of the current technical limitations There is no way to put it after the tax, so we await the next Shopify POS updates that bring such an option to implement other fee types. And, your review helps us to prove to Shopify that merchants really need such fees. Thanks again!
Giving it 5 stars because it's the only method that works that we've tried so far, to add credit card fees on POS. Yes we would also love it if it were automatic -- if the person working the checkout forgets to push the button, we just have to eat that fee. But the developer has stated they can't do that because Shopify has to update/change something first. Also noting that we ONLY use POS so I'm not sure what we would do if we were to need this with a "regular" ecommerce website.

Thank you so much for your review! Yes, we really look forward to today’s restrictions being removed in future versions of Shopify POS. We will definitely implement the automatic fee-applying feature as soon as it becomes technically possible.

I would love to give this app 5 stars but the app was working just fine and doing exactly what I needed it to do last week but now today it is not working at all. I have reached out to get support but am losing money with every transaction since I cannot add the proper fees.
Hello! Sorry for the issue you faced recently. Many Shopify apps were affected by the latest Shopify POS update, including ours. Could you please check your spam folder? We tried to reply to you ASAP, maybe our mail went to spam.
Now, Shopify POS started working correctly with third-party apps and we want to check if it also started working for you.
