Perfect app! Works correct, easy to setup and very important the support is very quick (i needed some help to adjust z-index of the scroller in css as it was overlapping with the menu a bit).

I still don't understand why any Shopify theme, commercial or otherwise, doesn't offer scroll to top by default, so thank you for such a beautifully simple, great looking, and free app that does exactly what we needed.
