Excellent app!! Very helpful with gathering information on customers
IT IS VERY USEFUL FOR MY ONLINE SHOP.

Excelent app and service, is very easy to use and i think every store needs this app
Allowed me to add questions to the cart page, and have those answers appear on orders, exports and emails. Works on guest checkouts, and doesn't require a Customer account.
Excellent app - will do most of everything we need because of the excellent support and ingenuity of the support person!
Will be giving it 5 stars after they deploy one final thing that I really, really need to get this launched! :)
