If you are on the fence, just do it. It is affordable, functional, and the customer service is top notch! Any issues or questions were responded to in a timely manner and Ezra was always on top of everything! Very happy with this app and all it offers to my business and customers! Very easy to use with lots of add on options. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!
Despite never using and uninstalling this app last month it continues to charge me a monthly cost. No communication that my trial was expiring. No communications from this company at all, in fact.
The one-star review here is a plea to stop the practice of carrying over subscription charges into the next month. If you cancel on Oct 13th, for example, your subscription should end on Oct 31st. Rolling it over to the next month is a shady accounting trick that I don't see outside of Shopify.

But also just wanted to reply here to share as much information as possible for you.
I did jump into your account on our end and could see that you did uninstall our app on:

and could see that the final subscription charge on the account was for the period of:
Nov 6 - Dec 6
The Shopify platform simply sees that our app was installed on the 6th, so it applies the charge for the month. However, this is actually a Shopify practice and fully controlled by the Shopify platform. As Shopify app developers, we use the built in Shopify subscription system that handles all payments, which is why you'd see the app charge on your Shopify invoice instead of serperately, from our business directly. I can absolutely understand the frustartion though and am more than happy to help.
I'd love to hear from you through email, or social media, anytime. We'll also pass this feedback onto the Shopify team, however please understand that the practice of carrying over subscription charges in this way, is not within our control and is completely handled by the Shopify platform and we'd really appreciate it if you'd re-consider your 1-Star review.
Also, sorry to hear you didn't recieve our automated emails, they may have landed in a junk or spam folder, but we'll also investigate that on our end to make sure our emails are as inbox friendly as possible.

Love this app. Adds so much more than the standard boring Shopify accounts page. Highly recommended. We ran into a problem when we installed a new theme which caused C Hub to bonk. Reached out to support their support and they where able to get it sorted (thank you Ezra). If you'd like your Accounts Page to deliver more of an Amazon style experience for your customers, try this app.
This app does everything for customer accounts and it looks great. I literally added an entire customer accounts page with all the options the bigger places have in less than a couple hours. I even have a floating icon on the site that will take you to customer accounts, contact us and any other pages I have added to the customer accounts section. Great product, very helpful and easy to use.
The app works wonderfully and it really helps to add some much needed functionality to the normally barebones Shopify accounts experience.
The most important thing is that the team has hands down some of the best support we've every experienced from an app developer.
I used the app with the (now) legacy customer accounts in combination with Shopify's dawn theme. Everything worked as expected and looked nice, until I decided recently to switch to the (new) customer accounts within Shopify, to avoid trouble if Shopify should retire the old accounts.
The app stopped working, and I could not reverse the settings at all. I contacted the support using their chat boot but was only able to talk to AI. I sent two emails with help requests through the app, without getting a feedback for a week, although a collaboration request was sent (which I granted, hoping they would fix the issue). After a week of not receiving any feedback at all through the common channels I cancelled the subscription and deinstalled the app. I then left a 1star review explaining the situation.
A few hours later I got a message from Ezra from support via my Facebook business page. It looked like their emails with help and instructions did not arrive in my email inbox and neither in the spam folder (they investigating at the moment what the issue could be).
We kept messaging via Facebook as this seemed to be the only way of communication for the moment. Ezra and his developer were able to address and fix the issue within the app that made it stop working in my shop. As of today I have reinstalled the app, it is up and running with no issues in combination with the (new) customer accounts.
Ezra was very communicative, and offered outstanding support and assistance.
The customer support was outstanding as soon as they discovered another way to contact me. The issue with not receiving their customer support mails is still existent, and not related to issues with my own email setup (running a business email through an Australian web hosting company with also great support and service: Ventra IP). The emails from the app for installing and deinstalling the app itself arriving in my email box, so there must be another issue somewhere which I am not able to address, but the team of the app is working on that issue as far as I know.
If you are looking for an app with clean customer experience in the accounts, I can highly recommend this app.
C:Hub is a great solution for our needs. We have wholesale customers, and needed a simple UI, but we also needed some advanced features. Was VERY happily surprised by how this team works. They gave us proactive support, and even did some custom configurations to help this work ideally for our customer. We now consider them strategic partners. Not just an app. They really care. And it makes this a real solution.
New Review June 2025: Once again Ezra has been amazing to work with. I needed to change some things and was concerned that switching to new customer accounts would delete everything I had already set up. Ezra took the reins for me and made the switch. Not only that, but he noticed a color that did not belong and switched it over to my color theme, and he connected my autoship program to my customers account page for me. The fact that my customers had to go to another page to get to their autoship was something he noticed on his own. This change makes my store more user friendly for my customers. I really appreciate how he goes above and beyond!
March 2024: I was working with a large "shopify expert" company to customize my customer portal. It was a very disappointing experience and I lost out on a lot of money (down payment). About a week after telling this company I was no longer going to work with them I stumbled across your app. Your app did EXACTLY what I had hired this company to do! It was so easy to set up and I am thrilled with the app. Your customer service is the cherry on top.
This is arguably the best looking app for a Shopify Customer backend. Its just clean helpful and appealing to look at vs the antiseptic Shopify backend for customers. Shopify recently changed many thing which totally broke this app but, the support team led by Ezra was awesome at getting everything fixed in about 10 days and keeping me informed daily on their progress. The price is very fair for what you get and I am very happy with the apps visual appeal and the great customer service/support!
Good app, makes accounts look much nicer.
My only wish is the ability to add Product Metafields to orders, this way customers can see the latest ETA for preorder products on their order pages.
