This is a brilliant app, super easy to use with absolute stand-out customer service. They respond quickly and take time to explain everything like an actual human. The app itself looks great and has some clever integrations. Also, how refreshing to see an affordable price for such a comprehensive product and service. Highly recommend.

Coming back to edit my review. Ezra contacted my store after our review. He was apologetic and had made an error in responding to our email. We moved forward and he developed coding for SendOwl to intergrade with Customer Hub. It works perfectly and I am pleased to be using this app. If you deliver digital goods and need a 'download here' link in your account area reach out to them!

I emailed Customer Hub with questions on how to add coding for my downloads. They never responded to my emails for help. So I removed the app before I was charged. I would expect a response from an app within 7 days. What if I had a pressing issue and needed an answer?

Hi, thanks so much for the feedback and so sorry you had a bad experience. I went back through our emails and found your email to us. I unfortunately closed the case because of the auto-reply attached and didn't see the question above. We've put in place a new process so that can't happen again and I've replied to your email as well as reset your trial of the app.

We also agree and would expect a response within 7 days and always aim to reply much faster than that.

We've love it if you'd consider re-installing the app and letting us help with your initial inquiry as well as any others you might have.

Previously I had issue with the store credit feature integrated into customer hub. I sought help by sending email and someone came to help me immediately, thanks Ezra. Now all issues have been fixed promptly. Customer Hub is still the best one out there. I tried to use other customer login page, they charged very high price and not as nice as Customer Hub.

Thanks so much for the review and so sorry to hear you didn't receive a reply from me. I've gone back through our emails and it looks like we may just not have received your initial email. So I've just sent through an email to help, and if you'd be happy to re-install the app, we can request access to look into and fix up the Credit Yard integration to make sure that's working as expected for you. I can also have a look into the mini account widget as we do have in-built settings to display that widget on the bottom left, right and middle of the website, so we can shift that into a different location for you or toggle it off completely if preferred.

UPDATE:

Thanks so much for re-installing our app and allowing us access to look into this for you. After a quick look it was found that the app 'Credit Yard' had simply been toggled off and the widgets were not active on the website. Because of this, there was no content for our app to display. Once the Credit Yard app had to toggled back on, our app was able to load the content with no issue at all.

Thanks again for granting access and we're glad we were able to sort this out for you and you're able to enjoy our app.

We utilize this app to provide a more robust customer account page and utilize its integration with the Draft Orders app from another developer so that our price quotes and historical order information are visible in one place. Looking forward to building it out with other integrations and custom links to create our perfect customer portal. In addition, Ezra has been extremely helpful and quick at responding to my questions and requests. Definitely recommend.
