Fantastic app that can be used to take the customer experience/ease of use up a level. Through this app, I was able to add in a bunch of little requests that my customers had been asking for. Also, the customer service is top notch.

This app is awesome. It really makes the customer account so much better. The best feature is it allows customers to easily reorder an entire order or just a single item they ordered in the past. This app is a must-have for stores that sell products that get re-orderd. Our sales and customers satisfaction have increased since installing Customer Hub. Customer Hub customer service is great as well.

We are loving our experience with Customer Accounts Hub on Shopify! Its interface is refreshingly sleek and super easy to navigate. The customization options are just right - you can tweak as much or as little as you want. And the customer support? Absolutely top-notch, with a personal touch that makes all the difference. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to spruce up their online shop!

Customer Hub has helped me customize my accounts page on the website specifically for my business. I sell digital products, which presents many challenges with customization for accounts and checkout. However, Customer Hub, specifically Ezra at Customer Hub, has walked me through everything and even pushed for a Sendowl integration that makes a huge difference in my customers' experience on their orders pages. I love this app for Shopify.

Ezra and his team have been incredibly helpful. Setup is quite simple, and they're quick to respond to special requests and help we needed. Clean interface, sharp design, big step up from Shopify's severely limited default customer account portal. Customer Accounts Hub is well worth it!

Tried other similar apps but this one is by far the best, reasonably priced and works flawlessly. Excellent App, easy set up and plenty of customisable areas. Cant speak for the Support as not needed it :) Look no further if you want to transform that abysmal Shopify standard customer account look A++++++++++++++++

Customer Hub really makes our customer account page easier for our customers to find what they need especially when using a subscription app. Support, Ezra has been extremely helpful and quick at responding to my questions and requests. Definitely recommend.

Thanks so much for the review Debra, we’re so sorry to see that you experienced an issue while installing the CustomerHub app. We’ve been through our monitoring software and have found no indication of any issues and suspect you may have simply encountered a local network issue given the way you describe the problem.

We’d love to have this resolved for you and have requested store access as well as sent a few emails and reached out over Facebook and phone. If you’re able to get back in touch with us or grant store access we’ll jump in and find out what’s happened and have it all resolved for you.
