This template has been one of the worst experiences I've had. It's difficult to update, complicated to understand, and not intuitive at all. The course they offer is outdated, and the help options within the theme always redirect to non-functioning pages. Additionally, they want to charge for everything, which wouldn't be a problem if it were at least easy to understand how it works, but it's extremely complicated. After purchasing it, I spent five hours trying to figure it out without success, and ended up requesting a cancellation. It has been a terrible product choice.
Frankly, it is a complete solution that I highly recommend, especially their support team. It was a useful experience talking to Mirza from the support team who provided me with valuable information that is better than watching a lot of videos.
I have really enjoyed the ease of use with this review app! My account manager Mirza has been a pleasure to work with in explaining everything and taking care of my store to ensure it is working optimally :-)
Excellent Service and Support During Debutify Upgrade
I recently upgraded from Debutify version 5 to version 6.3, and I am thoroughly impressed with the service and support provided throughout the process. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and I felt well-informed and supported at every step.
Mirza was actually extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was quick to understand what problems needed to be resolved. Would highly recommend using Debutify as your review app.

We feel compelled to share our recent ordeal with Debutify Reviews, which has disappointingly decided to display its logo on our website despite our subscription to the paid Growth plan. This move now forces us to upgrade to the Pro plan just to remove the logo, a tactic we find utterly unacceptable.
Our choice of Debutify Reviews was based on its integration within the Debutify ecosystem, where we had already committed to an Enterprise plan. We could have opted for other service providers for our customer reviews management, but chose loyalty to Debutify, thinking it would streamline our operations. Unfortunately, this loyalty comes at a significant cost, both financially and operationally.
Our frustration is further compounded by the lack of response to our requests for assistance in aligning our review buttons' color with our brand identity. Despite providing the requested access code over a week ago, no modifications have been made, while the logo was added to our site without our consent or prior notification.
This situation goes beyond mere inconvenience; it feels like a breach of trust and a hard sell tactic, pushing us to reconsider our partnership with Debutify. We are now faced with the daunting task of rebuilding a new website and finding a new reviews service provider, a heavy decision but necessary to preserve our brand integrity.
By sharing our experience, we hope to inform other businesses and help them make more informed decisions regarding their partnerships. We expect an immediate and ethical resolution to this issue from Debutify.
Great app! Been using it since it came out. Had some bugs during my usage but the developers were quick and efficient in fixing everything and we kept improving it all together. Highly recommend this app! Best developers ever.
This review app is one of the greatest apps on Shopify. I had 3 different problems with my store and they solved it all! I am so happy to have this app in my store. My only complaint is that it slowed down my store after I added the app, but the difference is minor. This app has boosted my sales by a mile.
Worst experince, lost $40.00 using this app, i started using this app and before my trail ended i cancelled my Pro subscription, but still i was charged for $40.00.
When i Reached out to there support team, with all Screenshots and Data i have showing i was charged incorrectly, i just got 1 email from support saying they are moving my ticket to billing department, yet no response received and its been close to a week now.
Do not recommned.
