Thank you for this app, it works very well. I was able to set custom delivery and pickup dates and assign very specific time frames to them. I like how many additional options there are, like quantity for a specific time frame or prep time. Adding custom delivery locations and checking zip codes also work flawlessly.

The support staff was very quick and friendly in helping me resolve a small issue I was having. Special thanks to Maggie and Angie, in chronological order. They were really friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall, I highly recommend this app for store owners who need custom delivery and pickup rules. Thanks again! :)

I am giving this app 2 stars because it clearly needs some improvement. I have downloaded other apps from this developer and they worked perfectly! But this one has some issues with express checkout, and PayPal checkout...the most frustrating thing about all was that A LOT of orders were received without pickup or delivery date or time. I contacted support (which is good!) but I feel that their solutions were not solutions, they were just suggestions that in the end did not help to fix the issues that the app was having. It may have worked for other stores but for mine (a flower shop) didn't work at all. Mageworx, I am so sorry! This review comes from a person that hates to leave bad reviews but in this case, in order for the app to work perfectly I need to speak out about these issues.

This app is perfect! I love everything about it! I only wish it would have an autocreate for time slots by setting start time and end time and interval inbetween instead of having to set each time slot manually.

For the most part this app worked well for our needs - my biggest issue with it was that once all the pick-up windows for the day were full, instead of turning off the day and not allowing pick-up to be selected for that day, it allowed people to select that day without a time - we ended up with about 12 people who did this before it was noticed. We also had people somehow able to order without choosing a pick-up window despite the fact that the required field was enabled (not sure how they even did it). But other than that - we would use the app again.

Was using a custom theme so had some problems installing the app - dropped an email and they replied almost IMMEDIATELY!!!! Within 3 hours since I sent an email, they installed the app for me manually.

it works as it should and allows customers to choose the delivery date and time!!!!

Unfortunately this app never worked well on my store. I had all kinds of issues, like my checkout button being grayed out, pickup times not saving when customers selected them. I contacted support multiple times and they didn't offer any help other than telling me "your code isn't correct." As someone who doesn't know how to code, this was entirely unhelpful. Honestly this is some of the worst customer support I have seen with any app on Shopify.

Doesn't seem to work no matter what I try and there's no help documents to diagnose the issue. :( Sad because this app is exactly what I've been needing, just a shame shopify does not have this functionality already built in,

It's really good, it let me set days and timing for my deliveries, custom messages in orders and time ranges. Its awesome.

App works ok. I was able to install and update user notification and my notification. However, we sometimes enter orders from the back end and this app does not allow us to set a delivery date for orders that are entered by by staff so unfortunately, we will have to uninstall and find a better solution.
