I inserted a time frame window for my deliveries however for weekends the time frame changes. How do i configure so that the specific time frame window is only set to certain days?

Our app allows you to specify the delivery time periods for every day of week. Just click on "Manage periods" for the necessary day in the "Shipping configuration" section in our app.

We receive some order without delivery date and information about the time slot. I contacted the support but there are no solutions for this problem. And let's be honest. Why should you use this app if the MOST IMPORTANT thing does not work? I am sorry, but I can't recommend this app.

The app has helped us to offer delivery on set days, but we use another app to print packaging slips in bulk. We really could use a way of coding the date selected on this app into the print app.

The app works great! The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I wish there was an additional confirmation that customers could see after they have checked out. I think the customer would like to know that their selected date is confirmed.

Our app allows adding the selected delivery date to the Thank you page and to the order confirmation emails. I managed to find your ticket with this request and our it seems our team sent the instructions the same day (please check the SPAM folder if you didn't receive our email). Great app, does exactly what we needed and support was very responsive and made the necessary changes when our template didn't initially support the app.
Works well for limiting number of orders for curbside pickup per day. Support team got back to us in a timely manner.

Thank you for this app, it works very well. I was able to set custom delivery and pickup dates and assign very specific time frames to them. I like how many additional options there are, like quantity for a specific time frame or prep time. Adding custom delivery locations and checking zip codes also work flawlessly.
The support staff was very quick and friendly in helping me resolve a small issue I was having. Special thanks to Maggie and Angie, in chronological order. They were really friendly and knowledgeable.
