DDA ‑ Digital Downloads

I was looking for a solution for multiple PDFs attached to one product. I read a ton of reviews on DDA- Digital downloads before trying it out and I was not disappointed! I was able to install and get it set up myself easily. When I did encounter an issue I couldn't resolve I just used the chat feature and William was awesome! He helped me install some code for order downloads, setup my custom email so that my emails come from that email and we chatted about some featured I would love to see come soon! I also love how detailed the help docs are and with videos. Makes it easy to get things started myself. Thank you for the great support!

I Bought Professional Subscription (75 GB), the setup was smooth and super easy, the tutorial and guide at every level is just amazing. I haven't published the store yet, I will keep this review updated for more feedback.
Update: I am done with all the process and I can't thank enough to this awesome app, here are key features that i loved;

1- Super fast drag and drop
2- Customize files (So I am able to attach a customized asset to a specific order and customer can have it store in their customer accout)
3- All in one access - So I can view orders, products, assets all in this app and can edit orders, update and view the assetts attached to a product or a product with attached asset - very helpful
4-Email deliverability is super quick unlike many apps - I assume the developers who have invest in robust technologies - Also, Customizing email is very simple and gives me a lot of control in terms of adding different fields
5- Control on Assets is unparralleled...

Looking for more amazing features and apps from you guys! Keep up the good work!

I tried several different digital download apps and they all were filled with issues i.e. can only upload 1 file, cannot customize any settings etc. Then I discovered Downloadable Digital Assets that had it all - upload several assets, customize emails, PDF lock and stamping etc. and I couldn't be happier. We are definitely ready to scale! And on top of that William was there from the start to make sure everything looks right and is working properly. I think I am now using this app forever!

I have been using your app over the last month to to provide a PDF product update to existing customers, and also to supply new orders with the PDF.

Your app is amazing and has so many little tidbits that make my life easier (eg watermarks on every page, being able to edit both the "update" email and the "fulfillment" email). The watermark is really fast to apply - despite a hundred pages, it's only moments before the download files for customers on the 'thank you screen'.

Downloadable Digital Assets does just that, so I know that my books are protected. I must say that I have had the best experience and customer service ever on any app I've ever used. Will has helped me and even added features to the app based on suggestions - which means that the product works exactly like I hoped for. They reply fast and follow up - it's truly a passionate founder who wants to make the best experience for his customers.
