I use AMAI app on sale events in my store for a few years now and I am always happy with the customer support team. It's nice to see this app developing and getting better all the time.
I am not currently using this app. I found another discount app at an attractive price that is suiting my needs. However, the responsiveness from Amai's Support was great. May use them again in the future.
I install the app because they say on free plan "Unlimited Products/Variants". When I start a bulk discount, the app say I can only add 100 variants on free plan.
This had been resolved.
The Amai staff are very friendly and solved our issues quite quickly!
