Sam was incredibly helpful and friendly, she took her time to explain how to set up certain things and made sure I felt confident in doing what I set out to accomplish. She delivered really good customer service and made me feel very comfortable.

Samin Helped me with an issue where the prices were all in the wrong color. The issue was with my theme/code & not their app. But I was helped anyway. Very pleased.

1. Installed and 2nd discount wouldn't work.
2. Messaged help desk.
3. Next day they apologized in email for not responding saying they were helping black Friday customers and couldn't get to our concerns.
4. Then they explained that their app isn't working with Shopofy collections despite being advertised and an option.
5. They asked us to handle the discount by either individually tagging or selecting all 2500+ items... by hand...

Requested refund and deleting app as they have no resolution planned.

Helped me getting all my offers done and schedule the offers as and when I want to, by creating the campaigns.

Most importantly, saves a lot of my time of manual work.

Also, no bugs or any spam or adware.
