When you frequently experience Discounty reverting the product price back to a wrong price point, then trust in the app vanish.
The app notifies about issues regarding this topic, but they somehow blame Shopify. If that's the case, I don't understand why Discounty even offers use of this app, when it's apparently not stable.
La voy a tener que borrar, no me sirvió, estaría bien que agregaran desde el inicio en los precios de producto tachado el precio regular y el precio nuevo en rojo. Tira muchas ventas porque el descuento se ve hasta el carrito
I had an extremely frustrating experience with the customer service. Unfortunately, it was disasterously poor. When I reached out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and a rude attitude that suggested a complete lack of understanding of their own system.
It felt like I was talking to a robot rather than a person who could assist me. I expected much better support, but this experience has left me thoroughly disappointed. I hope they address these issues soon!
Bad app, all prices across the entire website wrong
verry bad, changes all prices to a wrong discount. when you delete the discount and unabled the spp it still shows the discount. need to chsnge it manualy
NOT WORK WELL
1. Installed and 2nd discount wouldn't work.
2. Messaged help desk.
3. Next day they apologized in email for not responding saying they were helping black Friday customers and couldn't get to our concerns.
4. Then they explained that their app isn't working with Shopofy collections despite being advertised and an option.
5. They asked us to handle the discount by either individually tagging or selecting all 2500+ items... by hand...
Requested refund and deleting app as they have no resolution planned.
If I could give zero stars I would. We have 3 elements we need to work for our product page, we asked if these 3 elements were possible in the app, we were told yes.
We began to set up, ran into issues straight away - app wouldnt work due to issues with their date layout. Waited 24 hours for an update, then told the other elements we were after werent possible in their app..... waste of time

Uninstalled the app and the discounts have not been removed from our store - we manually have to adjust the prices, we have also been overcharged from the plan price.

To clarify, our 'General discount campaigns' adjust product and compare-at prices. If these are not deactivated before uninstalling the app, discounts may remain active. It appears the app was uninstalled without deactivating your campaign. For resolution, please reinstall our app temporarily, allowing us to access your store and quickly rectify this.
Regarding billing, Shopify apps recurring charges are generated at the start of each billing cycle. It seems that you uninstalled the app after this cycle. We have confirmed no further payments were processed post-uninstallation. Despite this, we recognize the inconvenience caused and are prepared to issue a refund.
