The App is great, full of amazing features and very intuitive. The back end features are very user friendly. Qasim is extremely helpful and very hands on in implement the App on both our sites.

The installation and integration with our website were very smooth. Doofinder makes your entire site searchable and includes suggestions for misspelled entries or items that are not listed on the site which is very helpful for conversions. Sara was very attentive and quickly implemented any customization requests I needed that weren't editable through the customer dashboard. She was always available to answer any questions!

Doofinder reached out to showcase what their app can do for us and what a fantastic piece of software it is. It's more than just a search bar tool and provides great functions and data that can be useful to your business. Additionally, their support team is incredible, particularly Haider who helped us from start to finish and still checks in with us now, so he didn't just want to make the sale and run. Amazing!

5 stars for Rob who kept regularly following up with me through the trial period to answer my questions and resolve issues. And finally he managed to convince me to subscribe. The app works smoothly and I can comment further on seeing improvements in sales figures that can be credited fully to the search functionality they offer. I did see some improvement but will wait for some more time to comment on whether it is all because of the search functionality. Have suggested to Rob that the backend reports/dashboards could be improved to make it simpler and self-explanatory for customers to see value in the investment on the tool and it has been received positively. Overall worth it - Give it a go !! Rob, you rock and due credit goes to the team working with you behind the scenes as well.
