Flawless so far, incredibly simply, easy to use and install. Would be five stars if the FREE package included more.
I added the app and saw how it changed languages. I really believe it does what it says. Though I've not tried it in any other country. I see it as a good app. However, it sometimes takes a few more seconds before changing currency. I only tested it in my country. I changed it directly on the site, I'm yet to test the auto ability in a foreign country. That's all I did, though I've recommended it to someone else.
The app is good but I put four stars because the integration (location of the widget) did not work on my theme.
