Amazing app. I have such a custom, high end product that I desperately needed something like this for many years. When Downpay became an option, I couldn't believe it. I've used it for the better part of a year now and it has done great - lifting our online conversion rate and making it less of a gap to get the customer engaged with the purchase. The app is great but the service is even better. Diana is very on the ball with tweaks and adjustments, helping me tailor the app to our store's needs. I can't say enough great things, this is one of the best apps I've ever had. Thank you

Down pay App achieved exactly what we needed it to, which was a deposit on future inventory (we kept selling out). By using Downpay we were able to mitigate inventory risks and increase PO's after gauging demand.

UI is buttoned up. After the customer initiates the deposit, their system makes it simple to charge the remaining amount from the 'Customers' tab.

Support team was awesome to work with. Overall great experience, surprised more people aren't using it.

Downpay has been a game-changer for our business. Our customers now have the option to place an order and see their custom artwork before they pay!

As a result, our sales have gone up significantly and our customers appreciate the flexibility to pay only once they approve their custom order.

Denis & Diana have also both been incredibly helpful with implementing Downpay on our store. Being able to talk directly with the founders has been great, and they even helped with a few customizations to ensure everything went smoothly.

Highly recommend Downpay for any type of business - your customers will thank you!

Excellent app. Works well with our 20% down, 80% later needs. Amazing, helpful and responsive team. For an app that affects money and order taking, you want to feel comfortable with quick support, and the DownPay team delivers!

Downpay is incredibly simple to setup and worked seamlessly for our Shopify website. The customisation options are very well considered and adapt to your website CSS.

The highlight of Downpay is actually their support! Diana has been incredible - super prompt and clear with any questions I have. They also have very robust Help Guides which assist with editing CSS, customising emails and other FAQs.

Works well, documentation is very good, and customer support is even better! Despite warning me it could be up to 2 days to hear back, I got an answer within 15 minutes and Ian walked me everything thing I had questions about and even did some adjustments based on our specific needs. Couldn't recommend more!
