I am unable to open this app in Shopify. My customers has purchased my products but has not received the download link. I have checked the order page but cannot find the download button. Please respond and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

When it works, it works fine - easy to use, basic but does the job.
But their server are offline quite often.
Every time I need to use the app, it's down or incredibly slow.
UPDATE 7/3/2024 I have been without service for 4 days and have had zero support from the app developer, customer support and even Shopify has not been able to communicate with them.

I currently use this app. Presentation isn't a wow. very basic, but functions perfectly. My customer emails are sent in under a minute. No complaints. I've used chat and received help quickly. I would def recommend it.
