I'm using the trial and got my questions answered very fast. I'm very happy so far. I really hope this app helps my traffic.
Easy to use, the auto-import feature is fantastic, and customer service was friendly and quick to respond.
Great app and great customer service. I had an issue with the code on my store and they helped me right away and got it fixed.
EDIT: After trying it some more, I can say I recommend the app. The developer implemented the missing functionality I was missing from the app, and it works great! It's really the only blog app out there that works to an acceptable degree, however, I still think it's too expensive. There should be a cheaper option, but there is a 14-day trial so definitely try it! The support team is also very helpful, although not available 24/7.
This app claimed SEO friendly but in fact it hurts your store SEO a lot. Too many issues. Uninstalling the app.

I am all about commending this app as a great app for blogging. The interface is very easy to use. I have tried many different blogging apps and overall, this one is in fact the best. Whenever you install an app, you usually get the email that says, "Thank you for installing" and "If you have any questions..." and "Check out our website for more information". However, with this app developer, they spammed the heck out of me, with 10+ emails about thanking me for installing, and other associated content. I pay for an app to help build my business, but way too much spam and while the developer may want to communicate, excessive emails shows me the developer is a little narcissistic of the app. My recommendation is use this app and it will help your blog, but unsubscribe from their emails as soon as you install it or be warned you will get a ton of spam.
5 stars on their customer service, as they were very responsive to a few questions I had. 2 stars for the software, as it feels a little clunky and doesn't separate itself from apps that have free versions. For instance, you can't change the font (that I've seen), but that's standard free feature in a competitive app. Images are difficult to place and wrap text around (really made an awkward preview for Mobile viewing). The ability to upload a Shopify product into the post is helpful. All in all, can't justify the monthly price tag associated with the app.
I love this app. We have always with Shopifys built in app features not being diverse enough and this app solves all of those problems. The customer service team is top notch as well; very patient with walking me through some basic steps I was struggling with. I highly recommend!
So easy to install and use! Made it easy for me to make sure I got the SEO and Meta information right, Looks beautiful. What a HUGE improvement from the otherwise wonderful template I have on Shopify. Very happy with the app.
Once you get the app figured out, the SEO is wonderful and customer service is beyond helpful!! We gave permissions to our backend and they helped out immediately with all needs.
