I'm writing this review to say thank you to your staff Alice who has helped me relentlessly and made sure my order was successfully placed. My order needed mapping and I could not do it without help, so on conducting D'sers Chat Alice took time to find a solution for the problem. She took me through the process step by step and shown me how to map my orders. Without her I could not have done it. She was very nice and professional. I so appreciate your help. Neva not only eased but eliminated my frustration and pain.

I was having major problem mapping to one of my products. When trying to map a product i kept getting Order number 1029 (You need to map the products to let DSers know which supplier you are working with before you bulk order.). I kept getting the message, (Unable to save changes
The reason you cannot save is In Basic mapping, you need to select the corresponding variant, otherwise the mapping cannot be saved. To fix the issue, you need to re-map the part facing issues, or delete the mapping with problems.), when I try to basic mapping. No matter what I did based on the instructions I needed professional help. Neva is the best customer service hero I have ever worked with.

Neva didn't just past links to go to, she got it resolved all while telling me what she was doing and why. Today is the best experience I have gotten in six months. We need more like Neva real bad.

Lord have mercy I was feeling defeated this evening but luckily I was connected with someone who was patient, knowledgeable and sincere. I was able to figure out what was happening with my store and i'm extremely grateful for the level of customer that i received. I had contacted someone else earlier and they could not help me at all but this person figured it out and i just wish them nothing but goodness.

I’ve used DSers for more than 18 months and it’s such a vital app for my business. I’ve rarely needed to use their support team but on my most recent experience, the support team were knowledgeable, polite, spoke excellent English and resolved my issue at speed.

I've been dealing with an issue for about a month now and I've had zero luck with all of the workers with the company so far. They have all given me the run around or not understood my problem. Until Nephele! They helped me exactly how I needed to be helped and it did not take 3+ hours like the many times I had been sitting on the chat so for that I say THANK YOU, NEPHELE! You saved my sanity and my business. I was about to get rid of ALI and the dropshipping game all together because all of my orders were going wrong. The system ALI has is horrible and I still might change it but at least I understand that I have to pay for twice I think. I'm still slightly confused but at least my customers are receiving their items. Nephele should get a raise because they know how to do their job.

One of the best and most useful apps for a drop shipper. Worth every cent I paid and ran my store for over three months with the free version which was really useful. The app still misses some important features such as products that aliexpress doesn't ship to certain countries will still take orders on my Shopify store, which I need to manually map a different supplier on dsers who will ship the product to the ordered country which is not guaranteed. Overall a wonderful app that is worth investing in. Also the 24/7 customer support is incredible despite it's a free or paid package. Mia from the support team helped me on the back end to link products between my store and dsers and clarified some doubts instantly.
