So far so good. The app itself is a little more complicated than other apps of this nature, but Customer Service people are serviceable. Today I interacted with Levi, he was polite and helped me to clarify my doubts really fast.
I will keep updating in the future for more details about this app once I have more experience with it and I use it more.
MARCH 2024 UPDATE: I'm extremely satisfied with DSers, the app and their service keep being top notch. They're reliable and very responsive. I'm very happy after almost 3 years of using this app. They keep my 5 stars. I highly recommend this app and their service for any serious dropshipping business. If your plan is growing your business, DSers is the right company to do it with.
