I placed my first order and didn't quite understand some of the process. I reached out to DSer and Chloe help me to understand the process. Chloe appeared to be very knowledgeable and super fast with her response. I felt very secure (as I'm always second guessing myself). She was very patient with me as she answered all of my questions.
