I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Selena from the DSers support team! I was having a bit of a crisis trying to figure out how to disconnect an old store from my DSers account, and Selena swooped in to save the day.

Not only was Selena incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she also had a wonderful demeanor that immediately put me at ease. She listened attentively to my issue, asked all the right questions, and provided clear, concise instructions that helped me resolve the problem in no time.

What truly impressed me, however, was Selena's speed and efficiency. She responded to my query in a matter of minutes, and her solutions were spot-on. I was blown away by how quickly she was able to help me get back on track.

I had a problem, every time I would "push to store" it automatically set the product as "active" on Shopify. I contacted DSers, to my surprise the wait time was less than 1 minute! I literally messaged at 4:59 pm and at 4:59 pm I was responded!

Now I was answered by Chrissy, may I say Chrissy was amazing and very professional. Chrissy literally sent me THREE PICTURES to show me HOW TO do something on DSers, WITH captions to clarify it even further! The level of patience and professionalism Chrissy displayed was phenomenal! This lady broke it down for me so simply. The service I received was so professional by her.

Chrissy told me that she will "record the information you provided and report it to the relevant internal departments." So that the features on DSers will be easier for all users and future users.

I am very happy Chrissy did not make me wait at all when she responded to my message on messenger. And it is very evident she had a lot of knowledge about what she was talking about.

Overall, I am pleased with DSers and the customer service I received from Chrissy. I highly recommend DSers for everyone. I hope the feature I recommended will be available as an option soon for all DSers users! I wish everyone good luck in their businesses. Keep up the hard work everyone!

I am so excited. I had a major problem with my email being input incorrectly when I opened my store. It tooks me hours to try and figure out how to change to the correct one. I got online with GLORIA from DSERS and she took her time with me. She was the BEST person online that has ever helped me fix a problem. Because of GLORIA I am able to proceed without having to redo all my items in my store. GLORIA was amazing and I am very thankful to her.

DSERs is really great and uncomplicated and makes the work a lot easier.
