I contacted the support team via live chat as I had a small issue using the Dsers app today and was promptly assisted by Chrissy, who was extremely quick and professional in helping me. Thank you for the great and efficient service.

The platform can be a little frustrating, especially when a supplier is no long er selling the item, but it sold on your website. Then you have to try and remap a new supplier. Today after being frustrated, I reached out to the help option via live chat. My support person not only remapped everything but was able to walk me through with new suppliers.
