I had some initial problems and my first order I could not forward to Ali express by myself then I contacted Luna support and all my problems were solved in 10 minutes. I have never contacted such a problem solver support as Luna. Thank you very much. Nice that you exist.

I just spoke to one of the support staff named Blanca and she was able to help and answer every inquiries that I got. I was also informed that the currency in the "Find Supplier" page cant be changed. Anyhow, even though she can't express "emotions" as a chat support because I know thats going to be reviewed by a QA or her supervisor but she was good with her job. SALARY RAISE FOR BLANCA !!!! HHAAHAHAHAHHAHAHA
