The app is easy to navigate, easy to read but packed with useful information. Customer Service through the Live Chat is Amazing. Representative was with me in less than a minute. I haven't had an order yet so I can't comment on that, but the customer service is 10/10 - I reached out via facebook messenger, got connected to a real person right away! Rfimp not only answered my questions but he also provided me with screenshots of exactly what to do, and he was a pleasure to talk to. I am not great with technology, so having support like this makes me way more comfortable moving forward!

I had an issue with mapping my supplier but Wendy from DSers team assisted me. She is super proactive, fast and very kind. She helped me with the matter and in few seconds all was fixed. I do recommed her and DSers in general. Very good customer service!
