I had a problem, every time I would "push to store" it automatically set the product as "active" on Shopify. I contacted DSers, to my surprise the wait time was less than 1 minute! I literally messaged at 4:59 pm and at 4:59 pm I was responded!
Now I was answered by Chrissy, may I say Chrissy was amazing and very professional. Chrissy literally sent me THREE PICTURES to show me HOW TO do something on DSers, WITH captions to clarify it even further! The level of patience and professionalism Chrissy displayed was phenomenal! This lady broke it down for me so simply. The service I received was so professional by her.
Chrissy told me that she will "record the information you provided and report it to the relevant internal departments." So that the features on DSers will be easier for all users and future users.
I am very happy Chrissy did not make me wait at all when she responded to my message on messenger. And it is very evident she had a lot of knowledge about what she was talking about.
Overall, I am pleased with DSers and the customer service I received from Chrissy. I highly recommend DSers for everyone. I hope the feature I recommended will be available as an option soon for all DSers users! I wish everyone good luck in their businesses. Keep up the hard work everyone!

Great App Excellent Service, wonderful support with this company, i found them very helpful when everyone else was sleeping or not responding! Their agent helped me on off hours when i was desperate to get answers. Also all my old products that had no sourcing was connected immediately and i was very grateful. I highly recommend them.
