We officially launched the Zonos app about a month ago, and it has been an excellent experience. The onboarding process is smooth and user-friendly, making it easy for us to get started. Fion Huang has been an outstanding communicator throughout this journey. Her support during the testing phase has been invaluable, and she has been incredibly accommodating to our specific needs for our online store.
Fion responds quickly and thoroughly to any questions we have and consistently offers great suggestions. She ensures that any changes we need are implemented smoothly with the Zonos team. I truly appreciate her willingness to jump on calls to promptly address any issues as they arise. Overall, I am very satisfied with Zonos as our cross-border app, and I look forward to continuing our collaboration!
We just launched with Zonos and while we don't have enough experieince with the platform yet to comment on the overall performance in live action over the long term, we can say without a doubt that the onboarding experience was one of the best onboarding experiences we've had in many years of working with many different technology partners. Our onboarding rep Shawn Roah was a model for what one should expect from an onboarding partner. He was super knowledgable, but resourceful and prompt with follow throughs if there were any knowledge gaps; he was patient, respectful and understanding with our learning curve; his communication approach was clear, concise, and geared toward progress; he was constructively creative when we hit internal process roadblocks on our end, which was so refreshing to see someone thinking outside the box. Ultimately, Shawn truly cares about his client's success, and he clearly enjoys what he does. He is a valuable asset to the Zonos onboarding team and therefore the company as a whole. If Shawn is a true reflection of the Zonos culture and ethos, we would say that we are thrilled to have chosen Zonos as our Cross-border tech partner.
The app's feature is very clear, straightforward, and easy to use. The onboard and integration process are clear and fast. All the team are responsive to any cases and questions.
Quite literally the best onboarding/integration process I have had with any partner in my ecom experience. Curtis was fantastic and made this one of the most seamless processes I have gone through. The app, the people, the functionality is all just fantastic for anyone trying to help overseas customers get access to their product.
I'm relatively new to using Shopify, but have many years of working in larger companies with fully functioning ERP systems along with import and export compliance procedures. So at my new place where I'm working, we were experiencing some issues with our export orders and people were abandoning their carts because of how long it took us to get back to them on freight & duty. That's when I learned about Zonos. I spoke with a few colleagues and they spoke highly of Zonos and recommended it as a great app to add to Shopify.
Zonos's implimentation team was very knowledgeable and helpful. Fortunately we keep our tariff information up to date in Shopify, so the integration went very smoothly. Since implimenting Zonos, we're definitely seeing a nice increase in our international orders. We haven't had any major issues and customers are getting materials much more reliably than before. The couple of minor issues we had, Zonos's support team was fantastic at getting back to us quickly with insighful solutions that were pretty easily adopted.
I would definitely suggest Zonos to other Shopify users looking for an easy to use app to help facilitate international sales of their products.
This was one of the best white glove onboardings in my 18-year career in E-commerce. The funny story is that we disabled Zonos thinking we had a better solution. A full 1 year later, we re-enabled Zonos as the other apps couldn't compete. Zonos also was willing to work with rate cards and shipping rate providers and communicate with them. Our onboarding specialist, checked in constantly, willing to jump in and move the launch process along. Thank you Lennon!
Great app! Simpler to understand, implement, use, and maintain than other international shipping plug-ins. Lennon and Eric were my primary contacts during onboarding and made the experience as simple and pleasant as possible.
A well-developed international shipping solution, great implementation team (Shawn was very knowledgeable and helped us go live quickly), quick deployment, and excellent customer support. I highly recommend it. This solution works well with NetSuite/PaceJet combination. Thank you!
Great hands on service getting the app set up. So far this app has provided a clear option for international customers on shipping, taxes, and duties. Most customers aren't familiar with their country's import taxes, and asking them to pay upon delivery to receive the item created tons of customer service requests and abandoned shipments. Zonos helps solve that problem and provides a clear solution.
Zonos was a very easy onboarding process and got us integrated so fast. Their team amazing to work with!
