I use Sellify mainly for custom fields on my product pages (things like text inputs for personalization, engravings, and order-specific details). It’s simple to set up, works well with my theme, and handles the extra information cleanly without getting in the way of the buying process.I hit a small issue once and their support team was excellent. I worked with Audrey and Anne—they were both amazing. Response time was very fast, they jumped right on it, and the problem was resolved quickly and clearly. That level of support makes a real difference.Overall it’s reliable, easy to manage, and does exactly what I need. Highly recommend.

We set up build-your-own product options with Easify, and the support has been excellent. Sally worked with us today on an issue we found while testing and had it fixed quickly, while we kept working on other products. Customers can now choose their options and add-ons and see the price update as they go. For a small business selling high-ticket custom products, that responsiveness makes a real difference.
