Easify Custom Product Options

I've been using the app in its most basic form for a little while now. I recently had to do some more complicated options and I upgraded to do so. I got in touch with the team about a feature I didn't want happening and they replied very quickly with some css code I could implement. It was easy and I was rolling with the changes within an hour of contacting them. I really appreciate the swift response and help navigating the plug-in!

We had an issue right after installing Easify Custom Product Options, and the support team resolved it immediately. Their response was incredibly fast, professional, and helpful. The app itself is very easy to use, intuitive, and works exactly as we needed. It has made customizing our products much simpler.

SO BAD I ENDED UP MAKING MY OWN APP

The app doesn't show up, so I lost money on my orders as the options needed to be add-ons. i had to honour my customers. They never compensated but fixed the problem which is whatever HOWEVER

I ended my yearly plan, i paid for a full year but only used for 2 month. and i wasn't able to retrieve any of my data. I had written a help guide for my customers, which I now can't open to get the data, even tho it's my data. They give you no warning for access or that the access would end as soon as you cancel. I tried to get them to give me 1 day access or give me the data, and they have refused and want me to pay for the plan just so i can get the data, even tho i already paid for the rest of the year.

I ended up building my own variant app because I don't like how their app looks and trhey refused to give me the div to custom make it myself. every lil change they have to do for how it looks. t

We were on a tight deadline to get our website up and running and ran into an issue with some settings. Kendle and the Dev team figured it out quickly and fixed the bug without me having to do anything! Communication was 10/10. Support was 10/10. We're so glad we chose this app.

Great app! It works exactly as I expected and is very easy to set up. The customization options are excellent and fit my store's requirements perfectly.

What impressed me the most is their support team. They respond very quickly, understand the issue, and resolve any queries in no time. Their customer service is professional and reliable.

This app replaced about a half dozen others for me. I have products which are highly customizable, as well as the need for making kits from individual SKUs. This app handles both just fine. I was able to get it integrated into the look and feel of my site pretty quickly.

The conditional rules are the best feature, allowing you to exclude certain combinations or show and hide stuff depending on earlier selections.

Their support has been responsive thus far.
You can use the custom HTML option to add iFrame videos.

My only issue is that the image insertion method requires uploading a new file every time, instead of allowing images that are already in my media library via URL.

Just getting started with this app but the customer service 24/7 chat is unparalleled. I have tried other apps and when you have to wait for a return e-mail, everything takes way too long. My chat representative (Clove) went above and beyond. I wanted to see if their app could do what I needed and she quickly created a video of exactly what I wanted to accomplish. She then proceeded to send me another video with a step by step guide to create the same feature on my end. Also a huge plus is the app is a lot easier to use then others, with a big database of how to guides for the features they offer.

I had a small issue with how my option labels were showing on my website and Anne reached out to my almost immediately. I provided what she needed to evaluate the issue and she was able to have my site customized to meet my needs in no time. Couldn't be happier. I absolutely love this app! I couldn't run my website without it.

The app is very comprehensive and a must have for detailed product personalisation. It has many features that our business needs to operate and sell effectively across a diverse range. I was struggling with our previous variation app as didnt do what we needed, Easify certainly does what it says on the tin and a whole lot more. Currently using pro version but will upgrade again when its required as the other features offered are top shelf.

Had an issue with initial set up creating base options as was adding order incorrectly and causing confusion, jumped on to Easify support and Gavin was on hand to help within minutes and helped rectify the problem immediately. Thanks Gavin and the Easify team, genius app with so many features other apps cant supply! Excellent!
