I have been using this app for a year and contacted their customer service more than 10 times in this period. Always they have sorted out the issue. Also most importantly they sort the issues out even the weekend and anytime during the day with the shortest time they can do. There is no delay, no excuse. They are really helpful and know what they do.
I had a small issue with how my option labels were showing on my website and Anne reached out to my almost immediately. I provided what she needed to evaluate the issue and she was able to have my site customized to meet my needs in no time. Couldn't be happier. I absolutely love this app! I couldn't run my website without it.
Great app, does what I need without costing me. Looks great and love the customization. I use it for an additional description box and a drop down for another product. I had some issues with it re-rendering but Anne and the team were able to solve it super fast, and on a Friday evening! Highly recommend.
The easify app makes it easy to add options to my products to be able to gather all the information needed when customers are ordering. I joined Easify for the product upload specifically but am moving over everything in my shopify page templates to Easify to have them all in one place! Thanks to Kendle for helping me to sort out my new shopify theme and making sure Easify works on it. Didn't take long and was easy as a few questions via online chat.
We have used this app for over a year now to allow our customers to configure options and customize their products. The app works like expected, but what's even better than the app function is how responsive their team has been when odd bugs or theme conflicts come up. Every single time I reach out (which is actually infrequent, the app just works) my issue is resolved same day if not within a few minutes.
10/10 would highly recommend this app if you're looking to give your customers configuration and customization.
Easify is a great app when it works, but unfortunately, that is the main issue. When it works, it does a lot of what we need and the live support can be helpful for smaller changes, such as adjusting text styling, aesthetics, and minor display issues.
However, there are some important features missing that make the app frustrating to use at scale.
The live preview feature is quite limited. You can only have one live preview option working properly, and if you add another live preview option, it can break the first one. For stores that rely heavily on visual customisation, this is a big limitation.
The template feature also is not as useful as it could be. At the moment, you can only create a single option template, rather than a full option set template with multiple options inside it. This makes it harder to manage products efficiently, especially when you have a large catalogue.
Another major issue is that you cannot add a new option to every product with one click. For example, if you wanted to add a new option to 100 different products, you would have to manually go into each product and add it individually. This could be massively improved with an option set priority system, where higher priority option sets appear above lower priority ones on the product page. That way, you could assign a new option set to hundreds of products, give it a lower priority, and have it automatically appear underneath the existing product options.
The most frustrating issue, though, is that the app randomly breaks. At least once a month, we have to contact Easify support because something that was working perfectly fine suddenly stops working, despite us changing nothing.
As I am writing this, Easify has completely disappeared from our store. Customers currently cannot purchase products because the app is not working. We also have another store where Easify is working fine, which makes it feel like the issue is specific to our main store.
Honestly, we are exhausted from dealing with the constant problems. Our whole website depends on Easify, and moving to another app would take hundreds of hours because of the number of products we have set up. So while the app has great potential and can be very useful when it works, the reliability issues make it incredibly stressful to depend on for a live business.
Once you figure out the app it works beautifully and the team are great at helping out with little tweaks here and there. Shout out to Chloe in customer support who solved a display issue for me quickly and perfectly!
I have been using this app for about 3 months and love how easy it is to use and customise to my needs. I ran into an issue which I couldn't fix, so contacted the team to help. They were very prompt in answering my queries, and kept me up-to-date while the development team took a deeper look into my issue. I highly recommend using Easify - for someone who is definitely not tech savvy it's so good to know their support team is available 24-7 to help me resolve any problems I encounter. I had an issue with certain collection pages loading on my site and a separate company had told me it was an issue with Easify. Hoa and Easify support looked deeply into the issue and contacted Shopify Support to not only resolve the issue, but to get Shopify to actively look into the issue and fully resolve it. I can't thank the Easify team enough for looking into this issue greatly affecting our site's functionality and clearing up the issue. Their support team is extremely helpful in that regards. The app is also fairly easy to use and helps me list multiple products at once which saves me a load of time since I have a lot of products and variants. Definitely would recommend.
