Our developers used this app to build a complicated product section for our site. The app itself is straightforward to use with some practice and has worked very well for us. Easify is a fantastic product options app, and the customer service truly sets it apart. Whenever I run into an issue with my setup, I can hop on chat support and they resolve it quickly, usually within 24 hours, with very little back and forth. I have been very satisfied with the service and the app itself. This app has a large amount of configuration options to help with different options you need for your products. The customer service is great as well. They are responsive and have solved every issue I have encountered. Highly recommend this app. I have even upgraded to a paid plan, and it has paid itself off already

I had to reach out to them twice now and every time they have been very responsive and quick to give updates when I asked. Great customer support which is not very common now days. I was having some issues with the variants showing up after switching themes. Tracy put a request in at 4 AM her time since I was urgently trying to launch my site again. My issues were fixed in less than 5 hours. I really love this app and I've tried every single one on the Shopify store. What makes them stand out is being able to link your Shopify products to the variants so you don't have to worry about inventory tracking. I highly recommend!

Must have product for small businesses. The product amazing is amazing and the customer service is next level. Recently I had an issue that prevented the buy now button from showing. This is the perfect app for setting up custom options for our site, which converts photos to coloring books. It has features like dedication and file uploads, and it's the best app we've tried. Tons of options to customize inside the App. But when I ran into an issue the customer support was lightning fast. They logged in, saw the problem, and fixed it in the code in less than 5 minutes. Other apps that would have take 24 hours and 3 emails back and forth.

This is by far the most cost-effective app I’ve used, and also the one with the most features.
It solves 99% of my problems, and the customer support is extremely professional and responds very quickly.
Every issue I’ve run into has been fully resolved by their team.

Liv’s support is honestly perfect — I barely had to do anything. They handled the authorization for me and fixed the problem directly.

I truly believe this is an app that 99% of Shopify users need.

Do not install or use this plugin!! This plugin intercepts customer orders, preventing customers from purchasing products. If you want a refund, it won't allow it!!!

We can’t confirm the exact cause without checking your store, but once you allow us access, we can quickly pinpoint it and resolve it.
