I have had a few issues with this app such as how add ons are displayed in a cart, how they are displayed at check out and how addons are presented in bundles.

The cart issue was fixed very quickly. The checkout is not something they can change but it is not a big deal. We are working on the bundles issue.

I have been helped by Ann, Lin, Violette and Lich. They have all been extremely helpful, easy to communicate with and they have addressed all my issues within minutes of them being raised.

I always like to wait before rating an app to truly understand its function. One reason I went with Easify was because of the easy UI to get it set up.
In general it is a great application for any shop that needs variants like text fields, add ons, etc.

PROS:
I have always had quick customer service and even some custom work done when a particular issue with the UI was colliding with my shop.

Easy interface to built option sets and conditional logic.

CONS
They could still use improvement on the options themselves. I hope to see improvements in these areas.

While the customer service is fast, it was clear they are not all as knowledgeable about the platform. I have 2 x when talking them ended up uncovering how to solve my own problem, which if they dug a little deeper would have also known themselves.

Some missing features, but the team is great to work with and has helped figure out solutions throughout the process. Definitely test out your integrations to make sure they are working as expected and data is not being lost.

As a developer, I need to be able to modify/customize/access certain type of data, from the theme files. Although it is not possible to access everything or I don't have the knowledge to do so, the Easify team was available to help me and my team to deal with our requirements.

Would go to 5* if I could do exactly all the things I'd want to, as the customer service is 5* already, but it's still perfectible, respectfully :)

Amazing app, just a few limitations when it comes to customizing the appearence of everything which is why I'm not going it a 5star. I had help from Charles seting up and he was an amazing help, super friendly and really helped me solve my problems quickly, thank you!
