Easify Custom Product Options

Our developers used this app to build a complicated product section for our site. The app itself is straightforward to use with some practice and has worked very well for us. Been using fort a few months now, app is easy to get to grips with and support are really helpful if any issues. The conditional logic is ideal for my store where I want to only add certain product options to specific variants of a product. All in all, a great little app.

Tons of options to customize inside the App. But when I ran into an issue the customer support was lightning fast. They logged in, saw the problem, and fixed it in the code in less than 5 minutes. Other apps that would have take 24 hours and 3 emails back and forth.

I was having some issues with the variants showing up after switching themes. Tracy put a request in at 4 AM her time since I was urgently trying to launch my site again. My issues were fixed in less than 5 hours. I really love this app and I've tried every single one on the Shopify store. What makes them stand out is being able to link your Shopify products to the variants so you don't have to worry about inventory tracking. I highly recommend!

Ive currently only got the free version of your app and I must say, there are a lot you provide that should be in the premium versions. The settings and customizations are easy to understand and the user interface while navigating the app I streamlined and non complicated. I've made a great choice in app selection for my custom product options and I'll continue to use this app in the long term and can't wait to see what extras the premium versions hold.
