This is a wonderful app! The amount of customization allowed makes it easy for anyone to create product options, and is easy to use by customers.

Also, the customer support team is always on it and helpful. I had some questions and Hannie was able to help me find all of the answers within minutes!

I would definitely recommend this app to any shopify store who needs some easy customization of products, whether it's upselling extra products or creating bundles for multiple products.

I will say you have to be patient with it sometimes if you're creating a complex Option Set, but that doesn't take away from the greatness of this app!

Must have app for small shops. As a handmade small shop, I try to avoid paying any third party apps, this one has been very good to get all my listings the way I want and allow my customers to select what they want without hassle. The support team is very responsive to any bugs or issues encountered.

5 stars for service. Got it downloaded and had the first option set, set up in about 2hrs. Incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Just had one minor glitch and Daisy and Clove from the support team jumped on support straight away. It was a matter of going with what the app wants to do and not upset it, by reordering the variants. The app looks good (and cute), with the ability to customise fonts, colours, buttons etc to blend in with your website. There is one downfall where inventory doesn't live sync while shopping, apparently you have to download another app to fix that.

Easify gives us the flexibility to offer a wide range of product options on our Shopify store, making it easy for customers to personalize their orders. Easify Custom Product Options has been vital to our revamped website. On our previous site, but had to resort to some annoying ways to get our pricing close to what we charge in-store. Now that we've moved to Shopify, this app has allowed to charge exactly as we would in-store, making for much better consistency in pricing. Lich and the team have also been very helpful when I've had questions. Great app and great support. The only thing I've noticed that could make it better is the ability to charge per-letter with the text area. Right now, this is only available with the text box option, but I'm hopeful this can be added to both options in the future.

Easify Product Options has been a game changing app for our business. It allows us to offer highly personalised products, and it also integrates seamlessly with the Shopify Theme, so it doesn't look like a bolt-on, which the previous Option app that we used did.
There are some small improvements that could be made, and as soon as I mentioned those to the support team, they were on the case. Very impressive and worthy of a 5* review.

Awesome Product with Even Better Support
I really like this product, but what makes it stand out the most is the support team. Anytime I run into an issue, they’re super quick to respond and fix things. We installed Easify to manage product options without creating variants and used it for several months. The interface was user-friendly, but the app caused major problems on both the technical and operational side.

1. Checkout bug: option pricing not applied with discount codes

When customers applied discount codes, the extra charge for selected options was removed from the final total, even though the option appeared as selected in the order. This led to orders going through with €0 extra — a critical bug that caused real financial loss.

2. Confirmed performance drop (before/after tests)

We ran multiple Lighthouse audits before and after uninstalling the app:
• Product page (desktop): went from 46 → 95
• Product page (mobile): 22 → 46
• Home page (desktop): 63 → 74
• Home page (mobile): 85 → 95

These results were consistent across several runs.
No other change was made between the tests besides removing Easify — which confirms the app had a measurable impact on page speed.

3. Limited dev availability despite “24/7 support”

While replies were polite and courteous, basic questions like “Where is tracking configured?” or “How to fully uninstall?” could not be answered in real time. We were told the dev team would respond in 6–10 hours, due to their time zone.
This does not meet the expectations of true 24/7 technical support — especially for stores based in Europe.

Final response from Easify

They confirmed the app uses Shopify’s extension system, does not inject tracking scripts, and that no manual cleanup is needed after uninstall. That’s appreciated — but came too late, after real losses and slowdowns.

Summary:
The app has potential, but for us, it caused lost revenue, degraded performance, and long delays in support. It may be suitable for simple setups, but if your store is sensitive to speed and operational stability, use with caution.

Easify is great! The app has the features we need to add more customization to the products in our store. It's easy to set up and work with. Best of all is the support team.
