Absolutely 10/10 customer service! When my store suddenly stopped sending out digital products the team at EDP were incredible. They replied almost instantly, walked me through the issue step-by-step, and had everything working again in no time. It was such a relief to deal with a company that genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I honestly couldn’t fault their support...super fast, very friendly, and genuinely invested in helping me. They've got a customer for life in me. It's so rare to find this level of service.

I'm in total agreement with everyone else in the reviews. It's pretty rare to find any plugin, app, or service that actually consistently works! But Axel is clearly super-attentive to making sure everything is running smoothly. I've had two instances where I needed a little guidance from and Axel was super responsive and helpful in both instances. No kidding, I actually sleep better and night knowing I'm not going to wake up to some buggy issues a customer has run into (used it happen all the time with other download solutions!)

We use this app to sell product license activation keys, and it works well for that purpose. You can easily add your own keys and assign them to different products. It was easy to install and configure. We use the upgraded version to enable multiple collections of keys (using tags) and to allow us to customize the email template to our needs. Very pleased with it so far.
