What a fantastic support experience. Axel figured it out quickly and fixed it quickly. This is how good support should work. Thanks again!
Great Support! Great Service. Definetely recommend !
Pretty cool
Absolutely love this app and the response from the developer, Alex. We could not have our store work the way it does without his app. Worth every penny we pay.
muy satisfechos
Works as it's intended, the pricing is also fair. The support from Axel was quick and helpful.
I didn't need to wait long to talk with a helpful human, which I really appreciate these days, when a lot of places and apps only have frustrating bots and it's hard to receive help.
We’ve been using this app for over three years across multiple shops. Super versatile, fully customizable, and backed by excellent, lightning fast support! Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for the amazing review and for using the app for so long across multiple shops! I’m really glad it’s been so versatile for you and that my support has been helpful 😊
Best Download delivery app on shopify. You can customize everything that you need for your business. 100% recommended and yes, the support is the best. They respond so fast, professional and they want to make sure we experience the best EDP can get with a caring support team other than maximasing profit like other companies.
