Firstly, we'd like to clarify that we never intend to hold any website hostage or force you to use our app. We understand the importance of a merchant's website and have always done our best to help the clients in the last ten years.
Regarding the button issue you mentioned - the "Order Now" button was added by the EasyOrder app, and after you uninstalled the app, this button disappeared accordingly.
Unfortunately, there is no "Buy now" in the theme you were using. You have only "Add to Cart," and this button works well after EasyOrder is uninstalled. We can't implement new features in your theme while deleting our app. However, technical glitches can sometimes occur, and we're committed to researching and resolving each case promptly.

Great support - was patient to address several requests and took charge of editing code on my website as required.
I am absolutely amazed by the quick response I've got in an urgent situation using this app :) We have a brand that requires a request from customers purchasing items from our online store and the app is very easy to use. This time I had to release the brand from the requirement - usually it's done in no time but I had a different issue that the team fixed with no problems :) I really do recommend this app to everyone :)
I needed to add email order form to certain products and I couldn't find right app. This was closest app I could find and still needed to modify some features. This app does exactly what we need and its been super reliable. They have been very quick to respond to anything that comes up, including tweaking the way it works for us. I've installed it on two sites now. They definitely have better customer service than most shopify app companies. Bravo
