The free trial is useless. You can't assign a driver and thus you can't route your order. Even though the free version says you can get 50 orders, that's absolutely false advertising. The way the system is setup is it requires you to have at least ONE driver in order to start the route. However, to have a driver function, I'm required to use the paid version. Hence, the free trial is useless. 0/5.

Does exactly what we need. Efficient, clean, and great to coordinate our deliveries. I couldn't recommend more. One thing I would love to see as a feature though would to be able to sync with multiple shops on a single route. You can import stops into the route from another shop, but there isn't the order fulfillment and syncing when you manually import the stops. Overall a fantastic app!

Just getting switched over to Easyroutes and have found so many useful features! I also reached out to the team to edit/modify our order sheets so that they print out as useful sheets to us. They were AMAZING. They investigated the issue and found a solution quickly. Thank you so much. Looking forward to new features/settings as you continue to grow.

We started using the app, liked it, but stopped because it didn't have the SMS notification option. They contacted me asking why we removed the app, I explained the reason and said we would go back once they had that feature. So we did, as soon as they told us they had the SMS feature running. We've been using the app for a few weeks, we still have some issues that we are trying to figure out together, but we love the app, its usability, and most of all the quick response and attention we're getting from their team to solve these bugs. A special shoutout to Boris who has been my main point of contact so far. The app is quite pricey, but if we are able to get to where we want, I believe it will be well worth the cost. PS.: We've been testing quite a few route planning apps since the launch of our startup (about a year and a half), and this has been the best app by far.

A truly wonderful last mile delivery solution for a small business such as mine. It has all the features of a big brand solution at a very reasonable price point. It has made our operation look and run super smooth!

I wish they could make this app like shipday.com it has a really annoying dashboard that I don't like. I hope the team looks at shipday and makes their app look better with branding for customers and us. I like how this has tracking built into Shopify tho so cosutumers can check right from their account page, shipday doesn't. That's the only reason why I downloaded this app.

This app is perfect. The ease, attention to detail, intuitiveness and customizability are amazing. They also are constantly making updates and tweaks based upon our recommendations and are quick to respond to questions. Also very affordable!

I needed a routing app to save me hours of route planning for my drivers. This app came to the rescue and did the routing automatically for me, giving me back hours. The Team at roundtrip were responsive to help me get started and getting my drivers using the routing tool. Even more positively surprising was that my feedback for UI improvements was taken on board and implemented also within days. I definitely would recommend this app and working with the team!

Great app, it helps a lot with local delivery. Does what it says it does and more. It still needs some little improvements here and there but it keeps getting better everyday. I love this app

When my company first found this app, it was so close to being exactly what we needed. It is quickly becoming a perfect tool for our needs. The routing is accurate and intuitive, and the available options are very helpful. The best part of all though is the team behind it. We have had an open dialogue about what is and isn't working for a few months and they really listen. Their responses are very fast, and the team is swift to make meaningful changes. They go above and beyond to create the best experience. I highly recommend!

I use this app to route the most efficient routes for my drives. Very simple and easy to use app. You can share the routes easily with your drives. I had some troubles navigating the app at first. I sent an email to the team and a representative called me with in minutes, he was very helpful and made sure that all my needs were met. I would highly recommend this app for anyone offering local delivery.

This app is very useful for my delivery company. I use it every day and he save me a lot of time. I Try anothers apps but this ione is the best so far !

This software is great, we were using exported CSV files, then using an android app to run the routes, then inputting the data back into the spreadsheet to print and give to drivers. This literally is plug and play, filter the orders and run the route. Sends a notification when out for delivery and when the item is delivered. The dev team are awesome and have been implementing new features, even since I joined about a month ago. Keep it up! Fantastic value for money, saving me around 3 hours per week. Worth every penny.

Overall, great app and the new beta is better than the shopify local delivery because it's not restricted to "local delivery" tags and you can add/move stops. Great work! Suggestions: When I select orders to add to a new route, it would be great to see the number of orders I've selected (e.g. 27 Orders Selected). I'd like to be able to notify the customer about upcoming deliveries. I'd like to be able to send the whole route to google maps so that I can follow it that way. Even with 19 stops I don't see any directions. Right now I have to move between easyroutes for next stop, google maps for directions to next stop, then shopify for fulfillment after delivery. If we could at least add a fulfillment button to easyroutes and/or send the entire delivery list to google for continuous directions, that would be helpful.

Works great! Generates a route from any/all orders you want. The Shopify delivery app does not show you shipping items so big win here!
