Have been using the app for about 2 weeks and have created 3 landing pages. The app is quite easy to use, a few occasions I saved but it seems it hadn't saved properly and I lost some of my edits which is a bit frustrating. But anytime I had a question and needed support their response time was very fast. The last time I needed help Anna helped out and my problem was fixed within 3 emails. I'll be switching to the paid plan to create more pages.
They help solve my problems quickly and offer a great customer service. Recommend this shopify app store to everyone.

EComposer is very feature packed. I really like it. Takes some time to understand all the nuances but once you get a hang of it, becomes very easy to build pages. I've also tried other page builders and I like EComposer better. One thing though, if you're trying the free version, be careful to use it when developing a page on a development site because on the Free version you cannot export. Only on the paid plan. Let me not forget the excellent support by all the support reps. They are very knowledgable and the response time is excellent.
EComposer has been a useful tool to build customized pages for our website. We had a technical issue with the app and the support was quick and Andy got everything working again right away! Thank you for creating such a user friendly app!
Works as it's supposed to, and the customer service is quick to answer any questions. The platform is easy to work with and creates pretty pages easily!

This app is better than Shogun I think. I have tried both and this one is far more versatile and has more options than what I have seen. It did have issues when I was trying it initially but the Customer service was always online to Australian Times and helped me out immediately. I am amazed at their service.

Sometimes customer support is offline and unavailable, but when they are available they are friendly and helpful. However, the app itself if often fickle and finicky. While support agents are helpful and professional too often there is a breakdown in communication or a misunderstanding of what is actually needed. Often the assistance provided results in undesired changes in my landing page design that require multiple attempts to correct what was incorrectly executed. This has caused lost time, many redos, and frustration on my end as the user of this app. I'd like to recommend it, but unsure that I would.

There are several things I would to clarify:
1. Customer support is not available sometimes. Actually we're aware of this delay response due to the thin resources of customer support at the time you connected us. And we are putting more people in that shift to ensure no more wait.
2. Misunderstanding your question: I did review this mistake (one CS agent sent you the wrong document while actually you asked for another thing) with the whole team and we will make sure to read it carefully before giving assistance.
3. Other issues like copy color code, adding date of birth field on contact form, etc. we've contacted you to guide the solution.

Incredible app and even more incredible support! This app allows for so many different options, and Im only on the free version. Any time of day that I run into a problem or need some guidance, there is 24 hour support. I was having troubles with differences between desktop and mobile site viewing, and they took care of everything for me. I can't recommend this app enough and hope other people find it because it's honestly a game changer for my website and shop.
