terrible experience, there is no auto save and after 4 hr of works, it crashed and all work lost. never reccomend, i dont know how they get so much 5 star.

Sadly, I cannnot say I've had a great expereicne with the Ecomposer support. They tend to struggle with English. If they get frustrated or stuck, they will simply ignore you. One support agent told me they didn't care because they have so many 5 stars. The app also advertises a "Dedicated Account Rep" for the 99.00 plan. This is a total lie. It's been a month, We've asked at least a dozen time. ...

Website would change in between edits without my discretion, product page would break and support are pretty terrible at understanding what you need fixing. After stating I needed the product on the product page fixing, they asked me if the testimonial section was the area I needed fixing.

I am dissatisfied with the eComposer app. From the moment it was installed, it completely disrupted the layout of our Shopify site by changing the default fonts, despite the settings being correctly configured in our theme. The font that is supposed to display for regular text is Lora, but Playfair Display appears instead. This issue is unacceptable for a professional online store.

It pains me to do this but unfortunately I have to revise my review as they basically cost me everything and my entire store is shot because of their actions.

Be aware that if you have to deactivate your store for any period of time, they will delete all of your templates and data after 30 days.
