Ecomposer is hands down the best landing page designing app I’ve used on Shopify. The interface is smooth, flexible, and packed with features that make designing stunning, high-converting pages super easy—even without coding skills.

What really stood out for me was the exceptional customer support. I had a few questions and got an immediate response from Jade, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It’s rare to get that kind of real-time support these days—truly appreciated!

Plus, it offers a wide range of features that I haven’t seen in other Shopify apps—all in one place.

Excellent app and customer support over live chat. Support is available 24/7 and and questions are answered almost immediately. They go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or queries, whether thats sharing links to relevant articles, creating customised step-by-step tutorials, or even by granting access to your Shopify so they can resolve issues for you. Definitely 5/5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

It is truly disappointing to see that this company has replaced human interaction with automated responses. When a human representative does respond, they simply send a link, leaving the customer to resolve the issue independently. The quality of your service has been steadily declining. Considering the price, it's also surprising that none of your themes include a header, while your competitors do offer this feature. I used to appreciate your service, but unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. It’s time for me to move on to other, more affordable and comprehensive apps.

I love the options it gives me to customize every single detail of the page I'm building. Also if something is not working the Ecomposer team is always available to help and they did several times already.
