Great app to customise your webshop!
And awesome support team.
Have sent in a help-request two times now, and both times it took less then 5 minutes to get a reply.
Even though the problems couldn't be resolved directly, the support I got from Jenny the first time, and from Andy the second time, was just great!

We're happy customers and would recommend!

Super easy to use, but still very complex. I'm able to create sites that you would have to buy elsewhere for a lot of money. And all for free.

Special is the customer support, which has been helping me daily for a month now and responds to me within a minute maximum. Even with my own pictures and videos, I have been able to fix every problem so far.

Great App. I like that the free version has quite a bit to offer so I can some pages available on the free version for a while, see how it goes then upgrade to more later on (when I actually start making sales on my store :P)
Anna was also helpful and quick to respond on the help chat.

I was having issues with my product page, I reached out to support and Lily from the support team answered my request, sent me a screen-recorded video on how to fix my issue, allowing me to go back and watch if i ever have the issue again. Extremely satisfied, highly recommend E-Composer for the awesome customer service reps!

I had some issues with integrating an app, and after a lot of back-and-forths with multiple support teams, I thought the only way left was to start again from scratch.

But after getting back to Susan and explaining things more thoroughly, a solution was made and saved me a lot of time. It turns out I don't need to start from scratch, just a few simple steps given by Susan and problem solved!

I hope more businesses, especially for products and services that can be potentially very technical, should invest in a supportive team like this who are willing to go above and beyond to help their end users.

EComposer Landing Page Builder has been a game-changer for my Shopify store! I'm no coding whiz, but their drag-and-drop editor makes building beautiful landing pages a breeze. Plus, they have tons of pre-made templates that look amazing, so I didn't have to start from scratch.

This is my 1st time in years building a website. I reviewed several web building apps and decided to go with EComposer. From the time I started using it in February of this year, I have only had to reach out 2x for support with tonight being my 2nd contact and I have the Free plan for now. When I begin scaling, I will definitely move to a paid plan. Jade was helpful and patient with me tonight helping me with non-life threatening issues. I really appreciate these guys and I have no reason to think about switching to another provider. Kudos to you EComposer. I'm going to work on my Landing Page later in the week.
