The customer service rep ANNA was very helpful, patient, and nice!
I was very confused on how the app worked and what the difference was between a Blog post" and a "Blog post template" - she sent me instructions on how to create a blog post and a video showing each step, it was very helpful!
As soon as I'm experienced with the app I will add another review.
