I’ve used this app for over two years, mainly for the Product Bundle features, and it’s definitely helped boost cross-sells in my store, the bundle discount settings are easy to manage and really effective at encouraging customers to add more items. The new Shoppable Video feature is fantastic as well, it saves me from installing another autoplay video app. The support team was very helpful when I changed my theme and needed to switch the app to new theme.
Overall great app, we use it on two stores. Really helpful & quick customer care - especially @Caroline who helped us with our query within minutes.
The entire team is absolutely fantastic, but I have to give a special shout out to Lucy. She was incredibly quick in all of her responses and helped us every step of the way.

ABSOLUTE PRIVACY VIOLATION. This app is stealing backend data. I started receiving spam WhatsApp messages on a private phone number that is ONLY registered in my Shopify admin settings and IS NOT displayed anywhere on my public storefront. This proves the app is scraping private administrative contact details and selling them to scammers. I have documented this breach and reported it to Shopify Security. Delete this app immediately if you value your privacy!
I am really satisfied with the customer support of the app, they literally made so many changes with coding for me, they invested a lot of time helping me. Also the app is very useful for the price, I used buy x get y for free offer the design in the website and the UI of the app itself are amazing.
