The plan also turns out to be pretty economical rather than investing in a resource to handle returns. Customer also find it easy to use from our SHOPIFY STORE. One other advantage is customers can create exchange request as well and select new products, and it is quite a smooth process.

My only suggestion would be to add more courier partners in their platform who can manage reverse pick ups.
